hit or miss, a rather average experience

I was quite annoyed that getting a simple coffee during breakfast seemed like a monumental task. you had to flag down a waiter and wait ages for a drink. also, the pillows in the room seemed like rocks. I mentioned the drafty balcony door but it never got fixed properly so i had to stuff towels to keep the cold air out. honestly, i expect better when paying for a five-star experience. the bathtub was laughably small. it looked straight out of the 90s.

the hotel's location next to the gondola made access convenient. the breakfast room offered a bright space with mountain views. i found the service to be a standout feature, and the staff addressed any minor issues with a positive attitude.
